New Financial Requirement for ILR

Hello everyone!!   been a while!  I hope you are all good.

Does anyone have any insight into the new financial requirent for ILR and when it might take effect?

Hey Matt!  :). I think at the moment we are surmising that the requirement will change from the start of the process (ie initial spouse visa/fiance visa/ FLR(M) if already in country and switching) and those already on the 5 year path will continue with the present requirement. So it wouldn't be for 5 years from the first bunch applying for spouse visas post change until we will see folk applying for ILR at the new level.
That's how it played out with the 2012 change anyway.

I don't think we have a definite start date for the change yet but in the spring perhaps?
