ILR application question

We're back at it!

Just hit a question filling out the ILR application housing section.

in Home Details it asks if I own or rent? Does this mean my spouse as well?

He owns the home we live in without a mortgage. Do I fill in I own and 0 mortgage, or do I fill in "I neither own nor rent" and tell them why in the box provided?

It's you as a couple so put yes, you do own.
