Hello, it's getting to the time I have to renew my FLR M! My visa expires July 21
and I want to make sure I have all the proper documents for once I'm ready to reapply.
But first, I'm having major issues with my husband's current employer. They are a large bank and are refusing to give an HR letter with all of the requested information his previous employer had no issue providing. The only information HR gave in the letter is stating it as a reference letter, the date he has been employed since, his job title, and annual fixed pay. They state in the letter it is in their reference letter policy to only share the information they have provided and it is on company letterhead but that is all the information they give! Not to mention it is dated from
June the 19th so I don't know if it's even acceptable with that date?
He receives his payslips digitally but they refuse to include any more information and the company's payroll refuse to send his payslips through the post. I'm not sure what to do about this if they are refusing to do this. Is there any way around it or around the employer letter? It's a large company so it's legitimate but I'm really stressing over this being the cause of my refusal, especially considering I have a job offer and am due to start in a few months.

If I'm not mistaken since it's for the last 2 1/2 years the mail just has to be dated 3 months apart and from 3 different sources? I may have other mail that can fill in gaps in between these from other sources such as NHS and such but it would not be joint mail at that point.
