Hello, it's getting to the time I have to renew my FLR M! My visa expires July 21 :\\\'( and I want to make sure I have all the proper documents for once I'm ready to reapply.

But first, I'm having major issues with my husband's current employer. They are a large bank and are refusing to give an HR letter with all of the requested information his previous employer had no issue providing. The only information HR gave in the letter is stating it as a reference letter, the date he has been employed since, his job title, and annual fixed pay. They state in the letter it is in their reference letter policy to only share the information they have provided and it is on company letterhead but that is all the information they give! Not to mention it is dated from June the 19th so I don't know if it's even acceptable with that date?

He receives his payslips digitally but they refuse to include any more information and the company's payroll refuse to send his payslips through the post. I'm not sure what to do about this if they are refusing to do this. Is there any way around it or around the employer letter? It's a large company so it's legitimate but I'm really stressing over this being the cause of my refusal, especially considering I have a job offer and am due to start in a few months.

Other than that I have listed my document checklist below. Please tell me if there is anything incorrect/missing. Any information in red I don't have (yet) or am unsure if I need. Orange information I will have once the application is started. I have not actually started the application yet due to being busy:

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS:
-Applicant's current passport (all pages scanned)
-Applicant's previous passport (all pages scanned)
-Sponsor's current passport (all pages scanned)
-Applicant's current BRP (both sides scanned)
-2 applicant passport photos
-FLR M application (to be started soon)
-Cover letter (applicant & sponsor)
-Consent for home office to verify application (to be done soon)

FINANCES: Category A
-Letter of employment (missing crucial details)
-7 months of digital payslips (most recently paid June 20th)
-7 months of bank statements (yet to arrive in the post)
-P60
-Job offer letter (digital PDF)

RELATIONSHIP:
-Marriage certificate
-Tenancy agreement (joint)

COHABATION PROOF:
-Most recent council tax (dated from June 2024 when copy was requested)
-Tenancy agreement (joint, date starting from 24th of June, same address since arriving to the UK) same as previous

-Do I need a letter from my landlord if I am on the tenancy agreement?
-Joint bank statement from June 2022
-Joint bank statement & joint council tax bill from October 2022
-Joint bank statement & joint scottish power letter from February 2023
-Joint bank statement & joint scottish power letter from June 2023
-Joint bank statement from October 2023
-Joint bank statement from February 2024
-Copy of joint council tax issued on June 7th 2024 for the period of April 2024 to March 2025.

If I'm not mistaken since it's for the last 2 1/2 years the mail just has to be dated 3 months apart and from 3 different sources? I may have other mail that can fill in gaps in between these from other sources such as NHS and such but it would not be joint mail at that point.

OTHER SECTION:
-IHS payment receipt
-All consent forms signed

-Appointment letter??
-Sponsor declaration letter (not done yet)
-Deed poll

I would appreciate any help and advice on when is best to apply. Thank you in advance!
