My ILR BRP card has expired, I still have it but can i use it to confirm I have attained ILR even if it is expired? Also, in regards to the referees, does the date of them signing the referee form need to be within a certain amount of time (such the 28 days for the marriage visa way back when I did it). I cannot really find anything on this.
