Naturalisation Application (ILR)
« on: January 31, 2025, 01:15:37 AM »
Few questions about my naturalisation application.

Where it asks if there are any dependents not applying with you.
My daughter is a U.K. citizen born in England.  Is answer no?

I have ILR via marriage route.  From what I’ve read here I need to submit my husband’s passport.  Is this correct?
I’m still happily married, but I thought once you had ILR you didn’t have to stay married, so I want to be sure I’m using the correct application.

Lastly, can the professional reference be retired or do they have to be actively in a career currently? For example, retired nurse?

Thanks in advance.
