Foreign ID tax number?

So I’m filing my taxes and it’s asking for my husband’s foreign ID tax number.

Since I’ve moved to the UK I have always filed married but separately. I’m filing the FBAR and it’s asking for his foreign ID tax number but he doesn’t have one, so I’m confused.

Not sure about that, does the FBAR form not allow you to put “None” or “NRA” (non-resident alien)
