Must you go to the consulate to get spousal visa ?

my wife of 5 years and 2 daughters need to apply foor spousal visa, they are in FL .. nearest consulate is in NY

can this be done via mail ? or must they go to the consulate .. I am in UK and rather not have to fly bakc to USA also.

the girls are 2 1/2 and 1 1/2 .. do they need visas ?

they can apply via mail...and yup the girls need visas too

Aren't you here as an EU citizen?  Aren't your daughters entitled to dual citizenship from your EU country?  If so, they shouldn't need visas - just passports from your EU country, which will entitle them to live anywhere in the EU & in England as well.

Ahh good point-- my mistake!!(have gotten so used to the thinking of the children as the children of the american citizen only---I apologize! )
