About this incapacity and disability business, volume, the form wants to know if the sponsor is receiving public funds, yes or no. And your sponsor is on incapacity benefit for epilepsy. So the answer would be yes because that falls under SSC&B/1992; and HC395 says that anything that falls under SSC&B/1992 is public funds. Including any medication he may receive. It's in the instructions.
It absolutely does not mean that *YOU* would have recourse to public funds, however. And it does not mean your app will be refused. It just means that they need to know about it in order to have the big picture on your circumstances.
