Tax Form P60..Does anyone know when employers mail out this form ?

The temping agency i used to work for is giving me the run-around about sending me the P60 tax rebate form.
Does anyone know when exactly employers mail out this form.

I thought they were supposed to mail it out in March ?

Nope.  The tax year doesn't end until 5 April so they can't produce a P60 until after this date.  They're usually done in May.
