And Skors. I had one of those while I was visiting home last month. I thought my teeth were going to rot in my head but it oh so nice.

I think Skor bars are the same as "Dime" bars.   I was in the UK for almost a year before I discovered Dime Bars.  Yum!

Yup, had the same branding confusion the other way around when I was in the US but now, I can't remember ... was it:

UK Mars = US Milky Way? and
UK Milky Way = US 3 Musketeers?

Took me over a year until I met a candy connoisseur who I pointed me in the right direction :)

Mmm Bounties are LOVELY -- I actually like them better than Mounds!

I found OM Bacon in a Sainsbury's City Store here in Glasgow.  Fritos still elude me though...  :(

I realize this may be quite a task , but anyone with a few spare minutes care to give me the lowdown on what I can and cant get in the uk, particularly.....
1. Hershey's Chocolate Bars
2. Nestle Crunch Bars
3. Reese's Pieces or peanut butter cups
4. Snickers

Snickers are EVERYWHERE!  And you'll look very *in the know* if you mention how they used to be called "Marathon" bars!  ;)

Reeces stuff is becoming more available.  The off-licence by us used to carry the cups.  I've seen the Reeces Nutrageous bars all over the place.

Hershey's bars I think show up from time to time.  But you can definitely get them from Cyber Candy in Covent Garden (and online).  You can get Zero bars there, too, and at Sweets from Heaven in Bluewater and other large malls.  Same with Reeces Pieces.

But trust me, with all the chocolate bars available in the UK at every grocery checkout counter, you won't even miss your US favourites after a while!

Mmmm, I love the plain chocolate Bounty's. I found several old faves in Woolworth's of all places. They had Reeces, Bounty, Nestle Crunch, etc. I always remember Zero bars from the movie Beetlejuice, although actually I think it was called Zagnut-same sort of candy bar though.  ;D

Peedal is right, the plethora of chocolate is SO great here.  I'm actually cold turkey off of sweets as i've been overindulging WAY too much since i moved here.

All i can say is Cadbury Dairy Milk with Mint pieces.
