I didnt really know where to put this but I have a question... I need to do something totally opposite of what people want to do -- I need to GAIN weight, not lose it. Thing is - I dont know how. And I mean gain 10 HEALTHY pounds, not unhealthy - eg, stomach. I recently got back from my trip to England, where his parents told me that I needed to gain a bit-o-weight, and my friend here in the US said that I looked a tad sickly and too thin. I am also told by various family members and friend - and I know they mean well, but its a tad irritating. I'm tired of people thinking I am anorexic/bullimic however... I have known for years that I am underweight by at LEAST 10 pounds - I am 5'6 and only weigh 103 - I used to weigh 110 but lost it about a year ago and don't know how to get it back.. anyone have any suggestions? or advice? Thanks!
