My MIL used to send my husband a package of Peeps every year when he was in college, never realizing that he absolutely HATES them.  He started putting the package over the front door as a sort of talisman (you know, to keep out any other Peeps that tried to enter), only replacing them when the new package arrived the next year.  Because of this... erm... "tradition" I now have a package of purple Peeps permanently over the door to my basement.  :P

(sorry about the alliteration)

I like that!!  ;D

So you're not a purple peep-eater?

Forget your perfect offering

That's how the light gets in...

I hate Peeps!  And I too got two packages of them from my mom this year - in a "basket" that is shaped like a stuffed pink bunny Peep.   ::)

Simon has never heard of them, so I'm saving them for when he's here.  Yes - they will be hard little Peep-rocks by then, but I know he would never want to eat it anyway!!  :)
