This actually isn't anything new, I've seen "biblical" diet books for years.  It's essentially just an attempt to get people to eat more whole foods and a more Mediterranean type of diet, using Jesus as a marketing tool.

LOL! Who knew?

Besides.....every picture of Jesus I have seen he is wearing a robe and we all know what sins a flowing robe hides. ;) (No offense intended to the faithful btw!)
