John dos Passos - 42nd Parallel
« on: May 23, 2005, 04:39:23 PM »
Anyone familiar with this?  A colleague of mine just mentioned it to me (with the comment, 'but he's American!' when I stated I was not familiar; but we'll forgive him because it's a first - and last ;) ), and now my curiosity is piqued as well.
Anyone read it?  Love it?  Hate it?  Recommend it?

You might be more familiar with it as USA - his trilogy. 42nd Parallel is part of the trilogy. I must hang my head in shame and admit I've never read it. It's been on my must-read list since I was about 15.  :(
