THIS IS HOW YOU CANCELL THE APPOINTMENT! they SURE make this unclear.
I JUST DID MINE.
THey state: To cancel an appointment, fill in the same date you made the appointment for, and on the following page fill out the information EAXACTLY as you did before.
What they DONT Tell you is that, your time slot is not open. JUST PICK ANYTHING. You are already in thier computer system so it will make note of that on the next page. THey will give u a flip down thingy to ask if you want to keep ur current reservation, apend the reservation or cancel. Go down to Cancel or whatever you wish to do.

now all i need to do is figure out how i am gonna get there the followig week. AAAAH i may take a cab. may as well..
