This is too precious...

On Monday: I decided to send my passport to the American embassy in London to get my name changed. (from maiden to married.)

On Tuesday: I send off the application along with my marriage cert and passport.

On Wednesday: They recieved my documents and processed them.

On Thursday: They sent them back to me.

On Friday: I got my passport back with name amended.

God bless the American embassy. Never in my life have I seen such an efficent government office.

I had the same experience, Ashely.  It was easy-peasy!  (Just shows it *can* be done!)
