Somebody help me, please. I've got this pain that sort of throbs every few minutes, sometimes sharper than others, just where my right leg joins my body. It's not the inner thigh but more towards the front. Between hip flexor and inner thigh.
Have I pulled a groin muscle??
I think I must have been doing side lunges and plies too deep the other day!! Today when I did my workout, it felt good on it to go ahead and stretch it out, but now that my work out is over, it's starting to make itself known again.
Okay, you athletes. What do you reckon it is and how do I help it without actually having to forego my workouts??
