I eat a very healthy diet 90% of the time, but after 2 trips to the US in the last 3 months, I gained a couple of pounds and just felt really bloated and unable to drop the pounds just going back to my regular eating habits. I decided to do the 7 day Cabbage Soup Diet just to try to jump start my metabolism...something that seems to get much more difficult as you get older. I know it is a very faddish diet and not typical to anything I have or would ever do, but I have to say that it was really easy and I am pleased with the results.
Has anyone else tried this and what was your experience?
