I just have to say that I LOVE TIGER BREAD!!!  Yum.

I just tried to google Tiger Bread to see what gives it that unique taste.  It says rice paste.
Whatever it is, I love it. :)

I bought it in Tesco once because it was a late evening mark down to 10p for a big loaf.
It seems to be just a nice white bloomer kind of loaf with this really good flavor on the crust.
The crust has sort of an orangey stripey look to it, hence the name I suppose.

I love it too.  There is a label on it saying it contains sesame oil.  I've just assumed that was what the taste was.
