Are there still bingo halls in all of the villages? I used to love to go play and always thought it was so great to see so many generations and different age groups taking part in one activity. In fact, it was my granmother that I used to go with. I keep talking about going to the hall to play bingo on Saturday night and my US hubby laughs at me. Hoping they still do this.

Bingo is alive and well!  I live in a hamlet (fewer than 100 people), so we go to the surrounding towns to play.  My sis and BIL could list bingo as a source of income.

Once, I was paying for something by credit card.  I guess because it was a US card, I was asked for 2 forms of ID.  I used my passport and one of my bingo club cards!
When I find a funnier sig than twistedncynical's, it will be here.

That's hysterical!!! LOL!!

No bingo here, and I live in a small village with an active Village Hall. There's always something going on, but I've never seen bingo. Maybe it's a regional thing?
