Thanks...
I saw my GP when I found out I was pregnant in September, then he referred me to a Obstetrician who I saw in October, both of these doctors stated I need to see a Cardiologist, now I have received the letter and a General Medicice doctor is who I have been referred to, this man will decide if a Cardiologist appointment is necessary, even though my GP stills says yes, as well as the Specialist Obstetrician. I called my GPs office to ask about the situation and the before mentioned is what the stated. I will now wait to see what my GP says in person tomorrow. I do think if two doctors already think it is a must to see a cardiologist before the birth of the baby, then I really do not see what the point if of another doctors opinion on if I get to actually see a Cardiologist. we are talking about a simple appointment, not a heart procedure. At this rate, my option is to return to the States for the birth. I am not saying which medical system is better, they both have pros and cons, but this is getting silly. Of course, I will wait to see what news the GP has to tell me. I have till late January before I am no longer permitted to fly international.
