King's Hawaiian Bread substitute?
« on: October 22, 2005, 02:00:20 PM »
Does anyone remember King's Hawaiian Bread?  A big lump of sweet yellow-y coloured bread that came in an orange wrapper?

I was eating brioche for lunch today and it suddenly struck me that it tastes just like King's Hawaiian Bread that i used to have back in California.

It's a sweet-ish French bread... found in just about any supermarket.  Comes in loafs & rolls... also comes with choc chips in.

We used to slather on Inglehoffer sweet hot and honey mustards with cheeses on that bread. Yum. I miss those mustards, too.

You mentioned this mustard before, but i have never heard of it!
Dont like mustard anyway, so wouldnt 'ruin' the bread with it!  ;)
