Hi Julie,

did your hubby make it safe and sound? First impressions for him?

Hi!  Yes, he is in Worsley as I write this. It's been quite a culture shock for him, but is quickly starting to figure things out. He is driving on his own, going shopping and visiting some pubs! He is also checking out the lacrosse in the area, as he is a coach, and wants to get involved there. He is very lonely for all of us, though. He'll be home this Friday, so we are looking forward to his return! Hope things are looking up for you, how's the house selling going? Julie

House is still on the market, we have viewers coming on Wed so we'll see what happens with that. I can imagine it's been quite a culture shock for your hubby as myself and my hubby are still in culture shock! There are some Americans on Worsley Rd at the top end by the east lancs road, are you near them??

The house is right across the street from Bridgewater School. I'll tell my husband about the Americans that are close by. Good luck with your house! Hang in there!  Julie
