I have a low grade fever and am going to buy some acetomenaphen tonight.  Will they sell this in Tesco?  What would a brand name be?

They will, there are loads of brands, just ask someone who works there and get regular strength.  Feel better.  Rest a lot.

And, you'll want to ask for paracetamol. That's what acetaminophen is called here.
