hi i think the diet coke taste is different over as well than it is back home. especially the diet cherry coke it is way sweeter than than the diet cherry coke from back home. the skittles r different not much  but r different,  the the grape ones are black currant yuck.        so i just pick them out usually give them to hubby's friend or throw them away.  i also tried the heinz hoops they r nothing like spaghetti o's not even close. also the baked beans r different over here the only ones i can eat & like r the branston baked beans.

Im thinking the taste difference in coke comes from using real sugar here vs corn syrup and such sweeteners in the US. Im getting used to it, but I think I like the taste of the cans of coke better than bottles, which it was the other way round in the US ;)

I definitely dont like the purple skittles, but then again I dont like them in the US either ;) Other than that they are the same :)

I found I prefer heinz baked beanz over all others, even the ones from home...partly because the only ones I ever find that taste the same in the US have bits of pork fat..blech...I didnt like that when I did eat pork, even more gross now that I dont ;)
