Miso recipes

Does anyone have any good advice  for Miso ..?  i  have a jar i want to  use up.. any recipes?  easy or otherwise?

there is the obligatory miso soup- dilute the paste with boiling water and add small pieces of tofu and chinese greens- simmer for just a few minutes.  you can also make a nice and tagny salad dressing- mix with water and use in place of vinegar- shaking it up with a bit of seasame oil, olive oil and salt&pepper. 
If you harbour bitterness, happiness will dock elsewhere.

i've just tried miso soup for the 1st time today.... ugh!  I really dont like it.
Perhaps it's an acquired taste.
Im sitting here with a cup of it in front of me... im determined to finish it, but im really hating it.  :(

It's probably better used in a recipe, than on its own as a soup.

I ran into this recipe at Thanksgiving and it sounds yummy but I ended up not using it. I don't see why it could not be altered to make a smaller amount or to use with chicken instead. Happy cooking! :)

I was very tempted by this recipe too, but haven't tried it. I love epicurious.com, it is where I get most of my recipes.
