i'm in the same boat.  i'm back on Pilates as soon as I feel up to it.  i don't need to lose weight, but to firm up.  i walk to and from work mostly, a distance of 4.5 miles.  there are these shoes i want for my bday - they have a weight incorporated into them so i'm not worried about taht part.  but to firm up, pilates is the way to go for the tummy.

I've got a book about pilates somewhere. I picked it up while I was still preggers. I'm gonna have to look for it. Thanks ;D

/or I can just do the easy route and get a tummy tuck  [smiley=laugh4.gif] :P

i like pilates cuz it doesn't feel like exercise, well, till the next day.  but you don't get all sweaty or have to have special equipment.  and it's really really effective.

i do pilates method precision toning DVD.

I saw a post natal yoga dvd by Gaiam. You do it with your baby.

Their Dvds are really good. I have a few of them and they are really challenging and effective.
