I've got some turkey that I really need to use up today.  Any good ideas?   :)

quite a bit.  About half a breast/ a whole breast I'd say.  No dark meat though.  It's just what's left of the crown.

well this is what i like to do with leftover

make a layered caserol, small meal

broccoli
stuffing
canned gravy
your fav cheese (or not)
and the turkey

steam the broccoli, then put in the bottom of baking dish with a little gravy, then next layer with a little stuffing, gravy, then top off with the turkey, cheese on top of that, then the rest of the gravy

We usually chop it up and do a stir-fry.  Great for dinner, and usually for a lunch or two as well.

We love to do turkey and dressing patties. Just chop up turkey, mix with dressing, make small patties and fry them up. Love this as much as the Christmas dinner itself.

thanks everybody for the ideas. :)  In the end, I went with this, that way I didn't need to do any shopping.
