Fiancee visa and change of plan - Anyone help with this Q ?

If my US Fiancee gets a fiancee visa to stay with me in the UK and comes here intending to marry here within 6 months but , for whatever reason, our wedding plans change and we decide to marry in the US, would there be questions/problems when she applies for her UK spouse visa back home as we didnt marry in the UK ?
