I love hgtv's website, I go there for loads of stuff. Maybe this will help? You have to scroll down a bit for the recipes.

I was flipping channels this morning and saw a show were they made a chocolate soufflé, then after it was finished, they scooped out a bit of the top and filled it with chocolate sauce.  Looked yummy, but sadly I don't remember the show or the chef.
