Sugar and Pregnancy

Did you limit or stop eating sugar during your pregnancy?  What about artificial sweetners?

Just wondering as I have a friend that basically would not eat sugar.  Maybe once a month?  If that....

I have a few sweet cravings with this pregnancy.  I may have a bit of chocolate or what have you, though I have been trying to eat Greek style yogurt with honey and fruit for a more healthy "sweet" tasting option.

No.  I don't eat artificial sweetners, anyhow, so didn't need to cut them out.  Everything in moderation.

I limit, I have PCOS so I have too anyway.  I have been using Splenda, which they say is safe.
