Stacey - here's a link to tell you all about registering to get married in England.

It seems like a lot, but the process is relatively simple.   ;)

my fiance and I both have been divorced but the Church of England has agreed to marry us. We plan to marry on the 17th of January. Will this give us enough time to get the paperwork done before my fiancee passport expires February 2nd. What is the process | need to follow and where do I find the form to fill out. I seem to have lost the site with this information on it. Also I have chosen to have a hyphenated last name. Just me and not my fiancee. Will that be a problem with the american government as far as my passport is concerned?  Thanks for all your help.  :)
