I just signed up for paypal but I am currently unverified. To be verified I have to wait until Dales next bank statment comes in to enter the amounts that they deposited,his next statement wont come for another month.
My question is can I still send payments while being unverified? I have a couple things on ebay I want to pay for and I'm getting fed up with sending postal orders.

Can you check the account on-line?  That is what I do.  Most banks have this available.

we called them to see,but that'll take a couple weeks  They have to send him a form to fill out then he has to send it back & wait for it to go through 

the atm at my bank lets you print mini-statement which will list the deposit amount. You have to use the machine at the actual bank--but it works well. (I bank at Halifax--no idea if other banks have this option)
