GREAT lunch box!
« on: January 06, 2006, 02:33:50 PM »
This is adorable!  Perfect for those of us who bring our lunches to work in an effort to eat healthily!  They have a Mr. and a Ms., but the Ms. is out of stock (and only has two bowls, though it's cuter).  Won't ship to the UK, so you'll need to have it shipped to a US address.  I'm getting one now!

I wonder why the bowls are not dishwasher safe?

Why is it so great? It looks like a lot of trouble...

Okay, so I read the thing at amazon.com and now I want one!  :-[

I wonder if my mother could ship it to me here. Are we sure there's no way to get them in the UK??

I just googled them in the hope that they were available somewhere in the UK, but I didn't come up with anything. Let me know if you do. I don't even need a lunchbox, but it looks so cool! I'd have to have the lavender Ms one, though.  :)

They finally came in today!! They are cool--too bad the Miss Bento wasn't available when I ordered, but never mind. They didn't hold as much food, anyway!

Did anyone else get one??

Oh...

Try an Indian retailer if you can, these things are standard lunch containers in India and are known as Tiffins.  :D

Ooh, I used mine today! It was so much fun to set all those little dishes out in front of me! I had chickpea dahl, couscous and bulgur with mixed seeds, mango and in the little dish a tiny salad with cress and little baby plum tomatoes. It looked fab! I left the chopsticks at home, though. :)

Hope you get yours soon, Lola. :)
