Ooooohhh! I didn't think they worked other than to make you sweat and lose water weight.  ???

It also sounds to me like all the weight loss would be water weight. They sound like they could be dangerous, like they could make you become dehydrated.

I think you can't keep it on more than 3 hours (who would want to keep it on for that long) and it's not for extreme workouts as well you would need to drink before , during and after your workout.

Very bad.  Very unhealthy.  They have been banned from use in US high schools as many wrestlers were using them to lose weight - but a few people died from dehydration/heat stroke...loss of water & important electrolytes happen.  Do not buy one!
