Spouse visa's

Garry you mentioned in one of your topics about the immigration at the consulate saying that the wrong form being filled in (sorry) can not remember the name of the other visa form they could ask you to fill in instead ("yous said to with draw the application if they ask you to fill it this one in).  What exactly is this other form and why do they ask people to fill this in instead of the VF visa for a spouse?

Hope you can understand this question.

This is from my site and it's advice for UK/visa-national couples in the event that they encounter shenanagins.   They don't pull that kind of stunt in fast-track countries, so it's nothing for a UK/US couple to worry about.

At the top of the page somewhere, it says that the information is for UK/visa-national couples.

Thanks Garry.

I wanted to check and if there is anyone else out there who wanted to ask you answered it for all of us.

They never ask if your applying from the states to come and live here on a spouse visa that is fantastic.

Cheers.
