Are those safe? I can only find them in the US ,can't find them anywhere in the UK
. I was wondering if anyone  of you has used these and if they're ok to use?

I have never seen one of those before.  What IS it exactly? I would want to know what it's made of and whether it's "breathable" before getting one.

it's supposed to keep baby from rolling onto his/her side when it sleeps.  you can get them in the UK.  JoJoMamanBebe sells them.

Ok I bought one of these and this is what happened. I layed my newborn on it and one morning I found her head thrown back in the hole between the pillow and the bassinet, I thought it was a fluke until she did it again. I promptly removed the item as basically her head was stuck and I think if she was to spit up there was no way she could have gotten it out of her mouth, very scary!

Just to add, right now I'm selling alot of baby equipment and baby girl clothes on ebay, this back pillow however will not be going on there, infact I'm going to bin it as I just don't trust the thing. Anyone looking for a nice boppy? I have one of those that was hardly ever used.

I've actually just been told to get one of those sleep positioner things.  Hmmm.  Perhaps it's down again to the "Every baby is different" philosophy?

If you want to PM me info on what you are selling, that would be great ukmisgir.

I've never heard of those back pillow things and I thought it was ok if baby rolled onto their side/front by themselves?

Once babies can roll onto their side or front, they should be able to roll onto their back if they need to.  You can always put a rolled up blanket next to them if you're worried about them rolling over.

I go with the rolled up blanket or towel idea, that way there's no gap to trap their heads in. Plus it's cheaper too, that's always a bonus ;)
