where's a damn teleportation machine when you need one?!

to date, i've shipped eight fairly large boxes of clothes, pottery, china & assorted oddities to the fiance in birmingham, at a cost of appx. $475.

oh, but, ouch.

I shipped 24 boxes via ocean container for $800, my dogs airline ticket is $2000!!!!!!!
