I am new to this forum, but spotted the exercise and fitness area and thought I'd throw this out there for anyone interested.
I am a certified Holistic Health Counselor here in the States. I am going to be moving to the UK (hopefully!!) this July and hope to do the same work there.
What this means is that I am your personal advocate for living an energized fulfilling life. My job is to help you find which foods and lifestyle choices work best for you. The holistic approach means that we look at all the different areas that affect you such as work, physical acivity and relationships. All of these influence the way you are eating! Those quick fix diets don't usually last too long, so we introduce new healthful foods and activities gently and slowly to create a lasting habit. As you start to feel better, those new habits tend to take over easing out the less healthful ones.
