Wow I never heard of mustard before either!  Sour cream for me too actually...or just butter and sauteed onions...yum.  You guys are making me hungry - I'll be making some more this weekend!

I ate them for the first time with a friend of mine who ate them that way.  I think it's because of the potato that makes them taste so good with mustard.  I didn't like them with sour cream. (Shocking since I love sc) but I always need something to go with it.

bugger...meant to put 'fried'...but it was with a friend...I do stuff like that all the time while typing!
