Estate Agents

Apparently, there's going to be a TV programme tonight about dodgy estate agents based on a reporter going undercover in an estate agent job.  Here's a link about it:

Doggy things happen. Being a Relocation agent myself i have exprienced how Esate agents 's work leaves a lot to be desired. I am glad this is being broadcast but these are things which have been known for years and it seems the govt is not yet ready to clamp down on them.

Estate agent in the UK have dorminated the industry for years. You can sell you own car and you dont always need a middleman. You hardly get any for sale by owner properties.

I couldn't believe what I saw last night!     Made me incredibly happy that we've completed our purchase (and didn't go through an estate agent!).  The guy with the fake passport, etc., was just unreal!

Duh...how stupid am I?  I posted the thing & then forgot to watch it.   Oh well, we bought our place a year ago & it'll probably be a long time before we buy a house again - I hope!
