Great workout...the only downside is trying to be sexy while exercising lol.  BUT all in all it's a fun workout

I had a look at the preview. Personally, watching this DVD would send me straight to the fridge for a major binge. (Along the lines of, what's the point of my life with girls like this in the world...might as well eat my weight in chocolate and die happy...) But if it's working for ya, fantastic!

  i thought the same thing but it's such a good workout...thighs and legs hurt so bad...STILL.
