UK Citizenship, good anywhere?

Stupid question, I'm sorry. So the UK is made up of England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, correct? If you are granted U.K. citizenship, does that mean you're a legal citizen of all four of those places, or do you need a specific citizenship for each one?

If I were living in London and then decide I want to move to Wales, would I need to apply for a "Welsh citizenship"?

yes.. it's 'good' anywhere.

As a British citizen, I can live anywhere in the UK without a problem, in fact, I can live anywhere in the EU.  Spain...here I come.   Does that answer your question?   

The UK is one country in legal terms...think of the constituent parts as 'states' in the US term. But as was said, a UK passport gives you rights to work / study anywhere in the EU.

Personally, I'd recommend Italy!
