How long was wait for pets at James Cargo-Heathrow?

I had been hoping that as soon as the plane lands in Heathrow, I would be able to greet my kitties and make sure they were ok. However, the airline we're using says it will take over 4 hours to have them processed at James Cargo at Heathrow.   :\\\'(
What have others' experiences been?  And did anyone experience any problems with their pet being ok'd?

James Cargo takes them from the plane over to the Animal Reception Center, where they stay until processed.  My dog came in with me six weeks ago from SF and it took 3 1/2 hours.  They have a small waiting room where you can hang out.
