Got my knives!

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions a few months ago.  While I was in the US, I picked up a 7pc set of JA Henckels.  I can't wait to use them!  Guess I will make something today to see how it goes (with DH not here, I hate cooking lots of food!).

I hear ya, my block of Henckles was about $300 I think!?  Great knives though....

My 7pc block was $150 which I think was pretty decent.  I waited until I was in the US to buy them since they're too darn expensive over here.

Yep!  Just took them out of the box and packed them.  And checked the suitcase naturally.

I was  lucky enough to get my Henckels  as a  wedding gift so I know what you mean.. absolutely priceless to me..

I love my Henckels knives.  Yeah, they're expensive, but if you treat them well they'll last forever.

Now get chopping!
