1 1/2 cups wholemeal flour
1 packet yeast
1 cup warm water
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes
Add the packet of yeast to 1 tbsp flour and 1/4 c warm water. Let sit for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix other ingredients (minus the water) together. After the starter is ready, add it, along with another 3/4 c of warm water, to the flour mixture. You'll need to add another 1/2 to 3/4 c of flour to the mix, depending on how moist the air is. Knead for 10 minutes (the dough will be very moist and a little sticky). Put it in an oiled bowl and cover with clingfilm for 1 hour. Divide into two balls and shape into pizza bases, top with your choice of toppings, and bake at 230C for 15 minutes.
