Last minute....again....

as usual, i am looking for something to do this weekend at the last minute.  i'm hoping to do 4 separate things on each day i have off...hopefully. 

for one day i'm considering visiting blenheim palace in oxford.  and another day i might give the bluewater shopping mall a visit (tho i am kinda leaning against that cuz that's the same type of activity i would do in the US).

so i thought i would ask you guys for some help.  i've already been to london (tho i haven't explored the 'burbs of london), bath, windsor, reading, newquay, brighton, torquay and cardiff....so mark those places off the list.  i'm up for going to a city/town specifically for an attraction (theme park, castle, festival, etc.)...tho i'm not into museums. 

anyone got any suggestions?

Buy a copy of TimeOut.  There should be loads to do this weekend.

 I hate when i forget the obvious!

What bits of London have you done? If the weather holds out I would suggest going to Richmond and going on a boat trip up the Thames to Westminster.  Outside of London, what about Leeds Castle, near Maidstone? You could spend a whole day there,it's fabulous. Again you want decent weather for this is there are extensive grounds to explore as well as the castle itself.

I haven't done a lot in London except for the eye. I did Stonhenge and Ayesbury last year.

Part of the problem is there is so MUCH i'd like to see that I get overwhelmed and waste my day talking about it rather than doing. 

I was thinking about Kew gardens since I am so close but maybe I'll wait for a sunnier day.

Another friend suggested Cambridge......

i'm off to stonehenge today...and i think france by ferry for the remainder of the weekend.  we'll see on france tho.  i have to do a bit more research first.
