LOL -- I know what you mean.  Even so, I would still drink a white zin if offered -- hot day, cold wine (hopefully cheap) & you're getting hammered so you actually stop tasting how bad it is.

I love a nice gewürztraminer with a hot curry...but it has to be a good one.  We had a really good one awhile back that we got from our wine club, but then I got a really nasty bottle at Morrisons after that.

Hardy's Riddle makes a nice Riesling-Gewurztraminer.  You should check it out!
