Fresh fruit mostly, except the pineapple.  Depends on whether the fresh pineapple is on BOGOF, otherwise I use canned (in juice, no syrup).  Dump it all in a blender, whiz, then freeze.

Sunday I think I'll try bananas, coconut milk and pineapple.

I used to make ones for my daughter using apple sauce. It was very convenient and she loved them.
