Just wondering if anyone knows when the new re-vamped "tier" system for economic immigration will be coming into effect (I'm especially interested in Tiers 1 and 2.) I've seen things online that it'll start to come in during summer 2007, but was wondering if that date was part an"official" announcement or just an estimate?
